Rich SeidlerRich Seidler is a longtime resident of Manhattan with deep roots in the business community. As Director of Development for McCullough Development he gained extensive development and commercial real estate sales and leasing experience working with national clients such as Menards, Walgreens and Sonic. Rich has a successful retail background having been an owner and general manager of retail stores for many years in Manhattan.

Rich is a former Mayor and City Commissioner of Manhattan, having served twice on the Commission. His knowledge of the City planning and zoning process is an invaluable resource. Other City and County service include:

He has received many honors for his professional and civic work. Among them are the 1994 Manhattan Chamber of Commerce Lud Fiser Citizen of the Year Award, and 1986 State of Kansas Main Street Governor’s Certificate of Recognition Volunteer of the Year.

Rich is a past Chairman of the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce, where he has also served on the Board of Directors for over 18 years. His list of additional civic activities includes serving as President or Chairman of:
